Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is a specialized form of therapy where we explore your beliefs, experiences, and concerns related to your sexuality. I work with people who are struggling with their sexuality due to religious formation, wanting to claim their queer identity for the first time, or trying to enhance the intimacy in their current relationships but are feeling stuck.

Sexuality & Religious Formation

It can be really difficult to understand, explore, and embrace one's sexuality when the messages you received about your body and desire were rooted in shame, silence, or fear. Many people carry beliefs about sexuality that were handed to them long before they had the tools to examine them. This is slow, careful work and you don't have to do it alone.

Queer Identity Exploration

For many people, claiming a queer identity is not a single moment but a long, often private process — one that can carry grief, relief, confusion, and joy all at once. Whether you are just beginning to name something you have long felt, or are further along and looking for support in living more openly, this is a space to explore without pressure or agenda.

Enhancing Sexual intimacy

Feeling stuck in your sexual relationship doesn't mean something is broken beyond repair. Many couples and individuals find that intimacy is the place where unspoken dynamics, old wounds, and unmet needs surface most clearly. This work is an opportunity to understand those patterns and move toward a more connected, fulfilling experience of intimacy.
