Psychotherapy
Therapy is like walking through a deep forest together. You decide which direction we walk, but I accompany you, point out observations along the way, note where potholes may be lying, and encourage a vision that includes the entire forest and not the single tree in front of us. This work can be encouraging, promising, terrifying, and liberating. I cannot guarantee a destination, but I will walk with you step by step and help you make sense of your specific trail.
I specialize in psychodynamic therapy and work with people wrestling through spiritual & religious questions, navigating major transitions, and exploring sexuality.
My additional areas of focus include:
grief & loss
anxiety, depression, & processing trauma
dealing with change & building resiliency
personal work with the enneagram
growth-oriented concerns
