About rooted lives, PLLC

At Rooted Lives, PLLC, I offer therapy as a space to slow down, feel supported, and explore what it means to live more fully and authentically. My work is grounded in curiosity, honesty, kindness, and genuine connection, and I see therapy as a collaborative process where we make sense of your experiences together.

I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, relational complexity, and questions of meaning, identity, and purpose—particularly those coming out of high-control religious or spiritual environments. Many of the people I work with are untangling long-held beliefs, exploring sexuality or faith shifts, and learning how to identify and trust their own inner voice. I’m especially passionate about supporting people as they develop clarity, agency, and a sense of authorship over their lives.

My approach is relational and integrative, drawing from person-centered, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and emotionally focused therapies, along with mindful self-compassion. Together, we work to deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create a path forward that feels grounded, humane, and true to who you are becoming.
